IPS Alpha Technology, Ltd. was founded in January 2005 to manufacture and sell liquid crystal panels for flat panel televisions. The company has utilized to the full its prestigious IPS (In-Plane-Switching) liquid crystal technology to offer its "IPSα panels", which feature a wide viewing angle and high-quality, clear pictures viewable from any angle.


Our products, "IPSα panels", are LCD panels featuring wide viewing angles and high picture quality, presenting "beautiful pictures, even viewed at an angle", and making full use of our IPS (In-Plane-Switching) mode LCD display technology.

Our basic corporate policy is to supply globally competitive LCD panels for large screen televisions, through a quasi-vertical collaboration with television, parts and materials manufacturers to build a total supply chain that can immediately respond to market needs with our technological strength in the area of IPS LCD panels, and in collaboration with parts, materials, and systems manufacturers.

We will make every effort in our business activities to contribute to not only improving the quality of life of consumers, but also developing the LCD industry and manufacturing industry in Japan through the success of this new business model.

We will continue supplying higher-value-added large LCD panels for LCD televisions in order to increase the brand recognition of "IPS LCD technology" and "IPS-alpha panels."
